"Working in the plumbing trade for the past 25+ years has taught me that honesty, humility, and communication are key to developing positive relationships with my customers. One of the most important things to me is to be a positive influence on my employees and in my community. With this, I bring with me my work ethic and dedication which have been a driving force for me ever since I've been working in the plumbing trade. I'm dedicated to making sure that the plumbers and technicians who work with me have the same ethics and values.

With the acquisition of Henigan Plumbing in Sycamore (2013) and Bob Dorr Plumbing in St. Charles (2017), creating a business model that would combine the two locations and still maintain the level of ethics and dedication has been an evolving transformation.
