Boiler Repairs and replacements

Diagnose Leaks

Oftentimes, leaks go unnoticed for several weeks, months, or even years. As a result, this can sometimes increase your water bill if the waterline running in your home is metered. Undetected leaks can also cause damage to your drywalls, frames, and develop mold/ mildew. Doing regular walk throughs in your house and visually inspecting your faucets, water heaters, etc. may prevent major damages/ repair.

Drain and Sewer Rodding

Most common plugged drain lines occur as a result of foreign objects blocking the passageway. When large amounts of debris obstruct the pipes, water will flow slowly. The larger the blockage the slower the water will drain. To prevent blockage, use toilet paper that will degrade easier/faster and do not flush sanitary pads, wipes, and paper towels.
